2. Q: How much tax will I pay?
A: Residents of AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV,NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA & WI will be taxed at their local state, county, and district rates. Tax-exempt customers must have their tax-exempt certificate on file at Hubert before placing orders. Certificates may be faxed to 1-800-527-0128.
3. Q: What are my payment options?
A: Currently, we accept credit card (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express) payments via the Internet and orders against billing accounts.
To establish a billing account, call 1-866-482-4357 in the U.S. or 1-888-835-7929 in Canada and ask to be set up with RAPID CREDIT, or complete the on-line credit application (accessible from the shopping cart). We will need your telephone number and will run a check with our service bureau. Your order will be processed as soon as you have been approved. Often, this process can be completed within minutes. Invoices will be sent for all on account orders.

A: We carefully check pricing and product specifications, but occasionally errors can occur, so we reserve the right to change both without notice.
2. Q: How do I change the pricing currency?
A: The drop down box in the top left corner on the Home page reflects the country and active currency setting. All pricing on the site is expressed in this currency. To change the currency, select the country that matches the desired currency.

1. Q: Can I get another color, size, etc., than listed?

3. Q: How are Products and Product Specifications listed?
Unless otherwise specified, product dimensions are expressed in U.S. measurements (inches, feet, lbs., etc.). Metric conversion is available upon request by calling 1-866-482-4357 in the U.S. or 1-888-835-7929 in Canada. Photography techniques can sometimes affect the apparent size of an item, so please be careful to check the written product specifications for true size.

Key the item numbers and quantities to be purchased. When all products to be ordered have been selected, press Enter or click on the Add To Shopping Cart button. The items will be added to your shopping cart. You may choose to view the shopping cart, place the order (check out), or continue shopping.
NOTE: The system will tell you if a stock number you entered does not match our inventory. Please verify the stock number and re-enter it. Contact customer service, 1-866-482-4357 in the U.S. or 1-888-835-7929 in Canada, if you have any questions.

When making your first online purchase, you will be asked to register. This one-time registration will make all your future purchasing faster and easier:
Your customer number will automatically appear on Order Status screens. Simply enter the order number-- there is nothing else to key.
You have access to your personal Web purchase history, allowing you to quickly locate previously ordered stock numbers, check past purchase totals or order frequency.
Your shopping cart defaults to the last used "Bill To" and "Ship To" addresses, yet it's flexible enough to change quickly.

1. Q: How do I check out?
If you have changed quantities in, or deleted any items from, your shopping cart, click the Recalculate button. To check out, click on Pay With Credit Card or Order on Account. Key your information into the Customer Information screen. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). Click on the Go To Step 2 button. Key your information into the Billing/Shipping Information screen. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
Click on the Place Order & Go To Step 3 button. An order confirmation number will be displayed. This is the number you will need to enter if you later choose to check the status of your order.
2. Q: Is there a minimum order?
No. Every order -- whether it's $50 or $500 -- is as important to us as it is to you. However, a Small Order fee of $5 will be added to all orders under $50.
