SMALL ORDER CHARGEAt Hubert, there’s no such thing as a minimum order. However, we do charge an additional $5.00 for orders under $50.00 (excluding shipping charges and sales tax; applicable in the US only).
Canadian orders do not have a Small Order Fee but Freight will be assessed at 13% of the Merchandise total or a minimum fee of $15.00
RETURN POLICY PROCEDUREIf you need to return an item, we ask that you call our Customer Service Department TOLL FREE 1-866-482-4357 in the U.S. or 1-888-835-7929 in Canada for a Return Authorization Number. This number will help speed the return process and make sure your account is credited properly. We also ask that you complete the return information section on the back of your packing list and return it with your shipment.
All returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Sorry, we cannot accept returns of special order, custom merchandise or assembled lockers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTSWhile we prefer to work with our own freight forwarders, Hubert’s Account Service Department will gladly work with your United States export freight forwarder. (Please provide forwarder’s name, address, and phone number with your order.) To help avoid delay, please be aware that you are responsible for all customs duties and fees in addition to freight.
Shipments going to Canada are typically shipped through our own customs broker. You will not incur any custom duties or fees at the border. We make delivery easy and seamless. Freight will be assessed at 13% of the Merchandise total or a minimum fee of $15.00 for small package orders no matter where in Canada you are. For truck ship orders or large items (those with a truck icon), a freight fee is charged. We recommend getting a quote for these items. To get a freight quote please add a comment requesting this on your order or call us at 1-888-835-7929. On weekdays you will receive your quotation in 24 hours or less.
INSIDE DELIVERYCarriers do not ordinarily provide inside delivery, so you’ll need to unload your shipment from the carrier’s tailgate. If you need inside delivery, or have other special delivery needs, please discuss them with your Account Service Representative when you place your order.
DELAYED SHIPPING PROGRAMDo you know what you want to order, but aren’t sure how you’ll store it until you need it? Hubert can help! Take advantage of our Delayed Shipping Program. It’s easy:
DAMAGED SHIPMENTHubert is committed to making sure your order arrives in perfect condition. Orders are inspected when they are packed, and all are in good condition when they leave our Distribution Center. However, accidents occasionally occur during shipping. If you see any damage when your order arrives, follow these steps:
Don’t accept the shipment until the delivery person notes the damage on the freight bill. DO NOT UNPACK the shipment.
Immediately call the carrier and request an inspection, which is required before you file a damage claim.
If you do not notice damage until after you’ve unpacked your order, save all boxes and packing material and call the carrier immediately.
While we cannot accept any responsibility for damages that occur during shipping, we do want to see any damaged shipment issues resolved to your satisfaction. Please contact our Account Service Department if you need help filing a claim with the carrier.

Will I Pay Sales Tax?
Residents of AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV,NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA & WI will be taxed at their local state, county, and district rates.
Tax-exempt customers must have their tax-exempt certificate on file at Hubert before placing orders. Certificates may be faxed to 1-800-527-0128. What are my payment options? We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express payments and Hubert Billing Accounts

You will be notified and your order will be processed as soon as your account has been approved. Often, this process can be completed within minutes. Invoices will be sent for all orders shipped on a Hubert Billing Account.

How can I see pricing in different currencies?There is a currency selector in the upper right hand corner of our Home page. By using the drop down arrow, you can select country. Once you have selected the country, all pricing will be reflected in the appropriate currency.
Can I get a product that is not shown on the website?

How do I use the Quick Order Form?
Enter the desired item numbers and quantities into the appropriate fields on the form. When all products to be ordered have been entered, you can use the Add To Cart button or your enter key to submit the items. The items will be added to your shopping cart. You may choose to view the shopping cart, place the order (check out), or continue shopping.
NOTE: We will let you know if a item number that you entered does not match our inventory. Please verify the stock number and re-enter it. Contact customer service, 1-866-482-4357 in the U.S. or 1-888-835-7929 in Canada, if you have any questions.
NOTE: An interim page will be displayed if there is insufficient inventory to fill your order. After reviewing your order and making any necessary changes, select the Add To Cart button once again.

What are the advantages of being a registered user?
When making your first online purchase, you will be asked to register. This one-time registration will make all your future purchasing faster and easier.
When checking the status of your order, your customer number will be prefilled saving you time.
You have access to your personal Web purchase history, allowing you to quickly locate previously ordered items, check past purchase totals or order frequency.
Placing your order is simplified because your shopping cart defaults to the last Shipping and Billing Addresses you used but you can use alternative addresses when you want to.
How do I place my order?
First, if you have changed quantities in, or deleted any items from, your shopping cart, click the Recalculate button. Then follow these easy steps:
You will receive an order confirmation number. Please retain this number for your records. This is the number you will need to check your order status and for any other communication regarding your order.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Every order -- whether it's $50 or $500 -- is as important to us as it is to you. However, in the U.S. a Small Order fee of $5 will be added to all orders under $50.
