This agreement allows you to purchase more than 22,000 products from Hubert's Source Book. Open Market items are defined as Foreign Items: Various. (See "Exclusion List" for the products that are excluded from the contract because they are not from a designated country under the Trade Agreement Act). These items can be puchased through open market regulations. Pricing reflects government discount.
