Q: How are Products and Product Specifications listed?

A: Unless otherwise specified, product dimensions are expressed in U.S. measurements (inches, feet, lbs., etc.). Metric conversion is available upon request by calling 1-866-482-4357 in the U.S. or 1-888-835-7929 in Canada. Photography techniques can sometimes affect the apparent size of an item, so please be careful to check the written product specifications for true size.

Q: How do I use the on-line Hubert Source Book?

A: There are three ways to search for products in our on-line Source Book:
  • Keyword Searches: This displays matches based on all forms of the word you key. Use the Advanced Search to refine the selection, including options to match all words, any words, similar words, and exact words.
  • Catalog Page or Item Number Searches: If you already know the current Source Book page number, key the number into the Go To Page field and press Go. Key known stock numbers into the Go To Stock Number field and press Go.
  • Browse Products: This search is similar to thumbing through our catalog; it uses the drill-down method. Click on the product category, next select the type of product to browse, etc.

When you locate an item, click below the product photo to see more information about that item.

Q: How do I use the Quick Order Form?

A: 
  1. Key the item numbers and quantities to be purchased.
  2. When all products to be ordered have been selected, press Enter or click on the Add To Shopping Cart button. The items will be added to your shopping cart.
  3. You may choose to view the shopping cart, place the order (check out), or continue shopping.

NOTE1: The system will tell you if a stock number you entered does not match our inventory. Please verify the stock number and re-enter it. Contact customer service, 1-866-482-4357 in the U.S. or 1-888-835-7929 in Canada, if you have any questions.
NOTE2: An interim page will be displayed if there is insufficient inventory for the items and quantities you have selected. After correcting the order or noting any order changes, press the Add to Shopping Cart button once again.
