Q: How do I check out?

A: 
  1. If you have changed quantities in, or deleted any items from, your shopping cart, click the Recalculate button.
  2. To check out, click on Pay With Credit Card or Order on Account. Key your information into the Customer Information screen. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
  3. Click on the Go To Step 2 button. Key your information into the Billing/Shipping Information screen. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
  4. Click on the Place Order & Go To Step 3 button. An order confirmation number will be displayed. This is the number you will need to enter if you later choose to check the status of your order

Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: No. Every order -- whether it’s $50 or $500 -- is as important to us as it is to you. However, a Small Order fee of $5 will be added to all orders under $50 in the U.S. For Canadian orders a Small Order fee of $6.50 will be added to all orders under $65.

Q: How do I check my shopping cart?

A: The content of your shopping cart can be viewed at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top of our site pages.

There are a number of options inside the shopping cart:
  • Change order quantities (be sure to press Recalculate)
  • Delete items from your order, or cancel the entire order
  • Fill out a credit application
  • Access the Quick Order Form
  • Enter offer codes to receive special discounts

When you are ready to check out, click on Pay With Credit Card or Order on Account.
