Q: How much tax will I pay?
A: Residents of CA, CT, KY, MA, ME, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, VA, VT, & WA will be taxed at their local state, county, and district rates.

To establish a billing account, call 1-866-482-4357 in the U.S. or 1-888-835-7929 in Canada and ask to be set up with RAPID CREDIT, or complete the on-line credit application (accessible from the shopping cart). We will need your telephone number and will run a check with our service bureau. Your order will be processed as soon as you have been approved. Often, this process can be completed within minutes. Invoices will be sent for all on account orders.
