-If hand washing, use a mild, non-abrasive detergent, and do not scrub with steel wool or abrasive cleaners

-Do not use as a cutting surface; Use only plastic utensils - do not use metal utensils, as they may scratch the finish

-Colored pieces cannot be used in hot food applications; Pewter-Glo pieces are oven safe up to 650°F
