- Almost 50 percent thinner than commercial china - stack 22 plates in the same space as 12 commercial plates

- Enormous strength - resistant to thermal shock, chipping and scratching

- Lightweight - store more plates in a bus box, a great labor saver

- 100% microwaveable with good heat retention

- 100% non-porous - no cracking or crazing, no place for bacteria to build-up
