Vollrath® Servewell® Hot Food Table

The heart of this revolutionary design is the combination of 3, 4, or 5 individually-controlled thermoset wells and dome elements for even, economical warming.

-The thermoset well cannot rust, pit, or crack and water deposits easily wipe off the non-metallic surface

-The dome heating element is in the well, eliminating the spillage pan, so the energy is used to heat the food, not the kitchen

-The thermoset well does not conduct heat, so the no-drip lip stays cool to the touch

-Wells are equipped with drains and are individually removable for service

-A 7 1/2" plate shelf and NSF non-porous 8" x 3/4" poly cutting board are standard

-Optional Caster Kit includes two standard and two braking casters
