-Use with fryers with front, side or bottom drains, fryers with automatic filtering systems and Broaster® Equipment and Pasta Cookers.

-Fryer's drain outlet must be 11 1/2" or higher above the floor. 27 lbs.

-Utilizes a hand crank pump draining fryer and disposing oil.

-Use with any fryer and any grease dumpster.
