Special "Staph Check" cover opens one side at a time to protect food.

-Holds 15 x 20 patient trays, with space on the bottom for bus trays.

-Long, vertical, corner bumpers protect walls.

-Delivery Cart has four 6"Dia casters (two with brakes).

-Tray Return Cart has four 5"Dia swivel casters without brakes.
