Carlisle Coldmaster® Food Pan

Eliminates the need for ice & electricity

-Non-toxic gel freezes quickly, yet defrosts slowly- holding pre-chilled foods below 40°F for up to 12 hours with lid and 8 hours without lid

-Charge in freezer overnight

-Standard Pans fit standard well openings and portable food bars- not compatible with Coldpans

-Third-Divided Size is split into two Sixth Size pans

-Use Coldpans as the "cold" alternative to chafers

-Coldpans are used alone, move direct from prep to serving area, and create a portable cold well when dropped into a separate pan

-Cold Crock Set consists of cold crock, coaster, and clear lid

-Crock Notched Lid is available as a component, but not included in Crock Set

-Optional Crock Organizer holds six Cold Crock Sets in standard well openings and portable food bars

-Coldmaster products are dishwasher safe

-Durable NSF- and FDA-certifed ABS outer shell construction
