Cut-Mate® Carving Station

Catches meat drippings and hides trimmings to keep carving areas looking neat.

-Cut-Mate is 1/4"thick high-heat wood fiber board, full plastic drip tray, and solid wood frame.

-Disassembles for easy hand washing and storage.
-Board accepts up to 325°F and tray accepts up to 180°F.

-Offers 22L x 18W cutting area.

-26L x 22W x 4H.

-Create a heated carving station by using an optional Single Bulb Heat Lamp.

-There are holes in the round base of the heat lamps for screwing to a table, counter, or cutting board.

-Flexible 24"H arm is coated in vinyl for added sanitation.

-Ships with 250W red food warming bulb. 120V.
