• Not suitable for prolonged exposure to highly acidic or salty foods

• Bon Chef Sandstone I is specially constructed with food-safe materials

• The metal construction is virtually unbreakable and creates a classic, high-quality display

• Proper maintenance is essential: All colored and Pewter-Glo pieces may be cleaned in the dishwasher (be sure they do not touch the rack) using only metal-safe detergents and sanitizers.

• If hand washing, use a mild, non-abrasive detergent, and do not scrub with steel wool or abrasive cleaners

• Do not use as a cutting surface; Use only plastic utensils - do not use metal utensils, as they may scratch the finish

• Colored pieces cannot be used in hot food applications; Pewter-Glo pieces are oven safe up to 650°F
