Coated Metal Square Salad & Garnish Bowl

Solid sand-cast aluminum pieces. The patent-pending, uniquely-formulated resin coating is foodservice safe and NSF approved. Commercially durable and dishwasher safe, the coating is scratch, chip and peel resistant. All pieces can be placed in a refrigerator and freezer prior to service and will maintain temperatures for an extended period of time. Placing on ice or a cold table will ensure correct serving temperatures. Temperature range from -20° up to 175°F. Metal utensils may be used; do not use metal scouring pads or carve into surface with a knife.
