• Tough PVC injection-molded base holds 4 oz of FDA-approved mineral oil, the sharpening stone carriage, and three 6 x 2 x 1/2sharpening stones

• Sharpening stones (coarse Crystolon for cutting a new edge, medium Crystolon for sharpening dull edges, and fine India for restoring cutting edge) are rotated through the oil bath by turning the handle

• Adds just the right amount of oil without any mess

• Stones are reversible; each stone has two sharpening sides

• Includes base, stone carriage, three stones, oil, and cover. 3 lbs.
