Steam Table Pan Elevator

Angles your steam table pans for maximum display impact.

-Comes in Regular, Low, and Super Low Profiles to meet the steamtable elevation you need.

-Original Elevator holds 20L x 12W full size pans for standard steamtable wells and chafing dishes; however, Regular Profile also comes in 1 1/3 Size.

-Regular Profile holds presentations at a 6° angle, 2 1/2" or 4"D.

-Front profile is 1 1/4"H; 3 1/2"H in rear.

-Low Profile Elevator has 3/4"H front profile; 2 3/4" in rear.

-Super Low Profile has 1/2"H front profile; 2"H in rear.

-Heavy-gauge 18/8 304 series stainless steel constuction with lightly brushed finish, except Black which is porcelain-coated, 16-gauge carbon steel.
