Lightweight resin fry screens offer a stronger and cleaner alternative to metal fry screens..
-Doughs won't discolor due to metal contact while refrigerated or proofing.
-Aluminum framing provides rigidity without adding weight.
-Use as you would any traditional fry screen.
-Fry up to 400°F.
You can always remove it later.
