Display riser has a design that works with the modular straight-sided melamine crocks, can be purchased seperately here at Hubert. The straight-sided melamine rectangular pan will sit inside of the opening when being displayed. Also, each display riser can be paired with additional heights as well to create a tiered presentation.

Each modular pan is made with heavyweight melamine. This allows the pan to be used in cold deli cases or cold food service wells. Be sure to not use them in hot environments. Due to the slightly tapered bottom, this pan can be stacked for storage purposes.
