Vollrath® replacement wedger blade is for Redco® InstaCut™ 3.5. Compatible with tabletop and wall mount units.
The 6 section wedger has a one piece blade assembly that quickly and easily pops in or out for cleaning or changing of blades. The smooth operation can be done with one stroke for a quick, clean cut that will not bruise produce. The 6 section wedger can go from wedge to dice or core within seconds by purchasing additional T-hand, pusher head and blade assemblies.
