The ultra-lightweight expanded polypropylene is eco-friendly and durable enough to withstand commercial use. The Cam GoBox is designed to hold full size GN 1/1 pans ranging from 2 1/2" to 8" deep. The insulated carriers ensure that food stays at safe temperatures below 39.2 ° or above 149 °F.
To achieve the best results for hot holding, load food pans when they are between 180° and 190°F. Loading metal pans that are over 250°F will result in damage to the carrier. The Cam GoBox is drip-resistant with a built-in condensation barrier along the bottom front. The four-sided built-in handles allow the carrier to be transported with ease, and durable hinges allow the door to be fully open at 270° and remain open for easy access to contents.
