Every display riser has a design that works only with the modular straight-sided melamine crocks, sold seperate here at Hubert. Each half size long pan sits right inside of the opening. Additionally, the display riser can be paired with additional heights as well to create a tiered presentation.

Each modular pan is made with heavyweight melamine. This allows the pan to be used in cold deli cases or cold food service wells. Be sure to not use them in hot environments. Due to the slightly tapered bottom, this pan can be stacked for storage purposes.
