A welcome change from the normal half size aluminum steam table pan, the Mega-Meal™ container is sized to hold 100 ounces of prepared entrées, side dishes and salads. It resists hot oil and grease, and withstands temperatures up to 230°F. The Mega-Meal™ container can be safely put under a heat lamp, in a hot merchandiser, or in the microwave. The black polypropylene base is recyclable and reusable, making it eco-friendly. Cover the Mega-Meal™ container with a clear snap-on lid, (# 26235), sold separately.
