Each thermal pellet edge stays 20° cooler to prevent your staff and patients from being burned. Designed to not chip or dent. Recommended to use Shoreline thermal pellet lifter, sold separately to safely lift and move.
This pellet underliner adds color and contemporary style to each tray top. Prepare a top quality presentation with the matching dome, mug and bowls. The pellet underliner is designed to hold the thermal pellet which will keep food at a safe temperature for more than one hour.
