This 10" cook's knife is great for cutting large vegetables such as eggplant, onions and peppers. The arched blade creats an easy foward slicing motion and helps to increase edge life. The cook's knife handle has a drop design with finger indentations and a control bump to reduce forearm stress and increase stability. Plus, the handle's glass-filled polypropylene construction is heat and moisture resistant.
The extra wide sturdy 2" finger guard protects hands and fingers from the knife blade. Industrial strength, reversible tungsten carbide steel blades last double the lifetime. Screws are rust-resistant, 303 grade stainless steel. High-impact polycarbonate plastic sharpener is FDA approved and has a large, ergonomically designed handle with finger grip and thumb rest. Compact design allows for easy storage. Includes 2 blades. Additional replacement blades sold separately. To replace blades, simply remove 4 screws on back to open; remove blade, insert new blade and reassemble.
