This coffee brewer is digitally controlled, brewing directly into an air pot. Keep in mind that the air pot is sold separately. It can hold coffee for hours without requiring additional heat. Each coffee brewer will hold the coffee temperature at +/-1 °F throughout the brew cycle. When you opt for pulse brewing or pre-infusion, the brew sequence can extract as much as 20% more dissolved solids per batch of coffee. When not in use, you can enable the energy-saving sleep mode feature in this unit.
