The Nordic Ware Aluminized Steel Fry Pan measures 22"L x 12 3/4"W x 2 1/2"H. It features a layer of hard-coat aluminum, which is permanently fused around a layer of carbon steel for corrosion resistance and fast, even heating. The premium nonstick cooking surface ensures trouble-free cleaning. This fry pan also has a triple-riveted chrome steel handle for an extra strong hold when lifting. Plus, the skillet's removable stay-cool rubber hand grip remains cool to the touch for additional comfort and safety. Hand-washing is recommended, as are high-heat plastic or wooden cooking utensils.
