This food pan is engineered to Gastronorm specifications and features a 1/2" wide flange to provide a smooth fit. The standard and metric graduations are a great way to manage inventory. The hot food pan also features an extreme temperature resin to handle -40°F to 300°F, which includes flash freezing and microwaving. Plus, the nonstick interior cleans easily and helps to increase yield.
This flat lid will keep food safe during transport or storage. The heavy-duty plastic composition is temperature safe from -40°F to 210°F. The flat lid allows you to stack multiple pans together and is dishwasher safe for quick sanitation.
