This pasta cooker insert has a perforated 18/8 stainless steel construction that will not rust or corrode. The triangular basket has a 3 quart capacity and holds up to three servings. The pasta cooker insert is equipped with a TriVent® handle that will stay cool to the touch. The hole diameter is 3/16" to easily drain pastas or vegetables without draining the boiling water from the pan.
