This Vollrath® soup warmer has a double wall construction with high density glass fiber insulation. The round device has a deep 7 11/16" well, constructed out of durable and easy to clean stainless steel. This Vollrath® soup warmer includes a mounting brackets and a 6' power cord with a 4' foot control cord. The drop in device features a 3/4" drain with ball valve shut off. The Hubert® Stainless Steel Large Dial Pocket Thermometer with Black ABS Sheath - 5 1/2"L Stem has a sheath that stores the pocket clip and calibration tool. It is a dial thermometer with a 1 3/4" Dia polycarbonate lens for visible viewing of the temperature.<br/><br/>The temperature range of the thermometer is between 0 to 220 degrees Fahrenheit, thus allowing for the measurement of a wide range of temperatures.
