This gourmet whip cream canister helps to create custom treats. The stainless steel exterior and components will tolerate the demands of daily commercial use. The whip cream canister features a brushed finish that hides scratch marks and fingerprints. Plus, the dispenser includes a heat-resistant silicone gasket and removable tab. The whip cream canister is perfect for preparing fluffy and light foams, espumas, sauces and infusions.
These injector tips can be used for a multitude of applications. Made of 100% stainless steel for maximum durability. The injector tips set includes a 7/8"L needle with a 1/8" opening, a 1/2"L needle with a 3/16" opening and two 3 1/2"L needles with a 1/8" and 3/16" opening. Hollow white plastic cylinders are also included to slip over the needles for protection. The injector tips are suitable for Dessert, Profi, Thermo and Gourmet whips.
