This round rethermalizer is able to warm prepared dishes from a frozen or refrigerated state to an appropriate serving temperature. The Vollrath® device uses a gentle, moist heat when warming to maintain taste and texture for longer. This round rethermalizer comes includes a hinged cover to seal in the heat. The unit is 12 5/8" x 9 5/8" (Dia x H) allowing for use on most any counter top. This round rethermalizer is able to warm up to 11 Qt of various foods and runs on 120V, 800 WATTS; 6.7 AMPS with a 5-15P NEMA plug.
