A display riser is designed to work with the modular straight-sided melamine crocks, purchase separately. Display the straight-sided melamine rectangular pan by simply placing it in the top opening to create a complete display. Display riser can be paired with other heights as well to create an elevated presentation.

Each modular pan is made with heavyweight melamine. This allows the pan to be used in cold deli cases or cold food service wells. Be sure to not use them in hot environments. Due to the slightly tapered bottom, this pan can be stacked for storage purposes.
