The Chronos 30R-004 Planetary Mixer is an essential food prep solution for efficiently preparing delicious recipes with ease. Measuring 23"W x 24"D x 45"H, this planetary mixer has a 40 Qt. total capacity and includes a 304-series stainless steel bowl. The bowl features a wire guard for added operator safety. The mixer itself is powered by a 1 1/2 HP motor with (3) adjustable speeds. Ideal for frequent commercial use, this floor mixer also features easy to use on/off buttons, speed control, and a manual bowl lift. It includes a #12 attachment hub that accepts most #12 attachments (such as meat grinders and food processors). Each unit is ETL certified.
