This thermocouple digital thermometer has a LCD readout and temperature range of -40° to 572°F (-40° to 300°C). The Taylor® device has a 1.5mm FDA recommended probe diameter and Quick Tip technology. This thermocouple digital thermometer has a +/- 0.5°F accuracy in HACCP temperature ranges. The Taylor® device is equipped with a 4" stainless steel probe that folds into the thermometer casing storage. This thermocouple digital thermometer operates on two included AAA batteries.
