This plastic hotel pan is NSF certified and created to Gastronorm specifications. The hard-wearing polycarbonate design has amazing break resistance for long-lasting use. This plastic hotel pan is made to tolerate temperatures of -40°F to 210°F and can be washed in the dishwasher to ensure maximum sanitation. Add a clear cover to reduce air flow and maintain freshness. This plastic hotel pan features a black color to conceal normal wear and tear.
This cold pan cover is fantastic for hotels, restaurants, school cafeterias and more. The top will limit air flow to maximize the shelf life of product. The cold pan cover has a polypropylene build to offer many years of use. The lid is safe for temperatures between 20°F to 190°F and is dishwasher safe for trouble free cleaning.
