Each pot is crafted by hand from a separate sand mold before two layers of porcelain enamel are applied for a durable, crack resistant finish. This cast iron Dutch oven features an island spice red outer casing set off by a cream interior. The easy grip loop side handles offer a secure hold when lifting. The serving pan includes a self-braising cover to lock in moisture, heat and nutrients. The ironware is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to uphold the pan's original look.
