This 16 gauge aluminum bun pan has 5/64" perforations to allow air to circulate for faster cooking. The pan's StayFlat® technology increases the strength and longevity of the product. The bun pan features sidewalls that are continuously reinforced with a horizontally engineered rib to improve its strength up to 30%. Plus, it is made using a manufacturing method that creates a residual tensile stress in the underside to prevent bowing or denting. The bun pan also has a slightly concave bottom that will flatten during heating to ensure even heat distribution.
Use this oven mitt to protect your hands when handling hot pans in a commercial kitchen. The thick terry cloth outer shell offers durability and is comfortable to wear. The oven mitt has a non-woven fabric lining and a cotton/polyester/viscose filling that is heat resistant up to 600°F. Plus, the attached hanging loop provides quick, convenient storage.
