These Coldmaster® buffet food pans incorporate the convenience of a non-ice cold holding solution with patent-pending color-change technology to signal workers when temperatures are not safe. Each CoolCheck™ container has a unique, non-toxic refrigerant gel to eliminate the inconvenience of ice. These buffet food pans only need one overnight "charge" in the freezer to make sure the contents stays at or below 41°F for six to eight hours (depending on room temp). As the product temperature changes, the bowls switch from blue to white. These buffet food pans are divided into two sixth-size compartments.
This Carlisle Coldmaster® pan lid has an ABS outer shell construction for extended durability. The heavy duty design is dishwasher safe for fast and easy cleaning. This Carlisle Coldmaster® pan lid provides a secure closure for easy transport. The seal helps keep food cold at safe temperatures at or below 40°F. This Carlisle Coldmaster® pan lid protects food from any bacteria or cross contamination.
