This sealed well electric steamtable can be used for wet or dry operation. Features individual infinite controls with indicator lights. Electric steamtable has a stainless steel body, top, legs and undershelf; undershelf is height adjustable. Fiberglass insulation between each compartment and drain with gate valves on each well. Electric steamtable accepts pans up to 6" deep.
