The Toastmaster® 7G-TMGT36 3 Burner Natural Gas Griddle With Thermostatic Controls - 36"L x 27 13/16"W x 15 17/32"H has a stainless steel front panel, grease drawer, and bullnose with smooth 3/4" polished steel plate. This gives the griddle a classy and neat look while ensuring that it does not corrode and rust.
The stainless steel design also ensures the durability of the griddle. This countertop griddle has a manual 1/4 turn control and standard pilot while the throttling thermostat can be adjusted from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The control knobs are located at the front for convenience and easier access. The wide temperature range also ensures kitchen staff can prepare a wide variety of meals. There is also a rear gas connection which includes the universal pressure regulator.
