The Hobart manual slicer features a poly v-belt drive system, delivering a quiet operation. This meat slicer also includes a full 45° angle gravity feed product table with a 13" diameter chrome-plated carbon steel knife. This equipment has a removable carriage and handles food up to 9 1/2 wide by 7" high or 8 1/2" diameter. Produces slices up to 9/16" thick. The manual slicer has a one-piece, anodized aluminum base with an anodized aluminum carriage and knife cover. Additionally, the slicer has a removable ceramic knife-sharpener.
