The HUBERT® non-insulated universal heater proofer has a clear lexan door that helps you to see in the unit without opening the door. Heat settings can be adjusted to your immediate needs. Proof temperature range is from 80° to 105°F which makes it perfect for storing a wide variety of ready-to-serve preheated dishes. A total of 16 pan slides holds full and half size sheet pans by the bottom and full, half and third size steam table pans by the edge. The door has both magnets and a tight-fitting gasket to help maintain proper temperature. The HUBERT® non-insulated universal heater proofer controls are located on the unit's bottom control drawer. One year full replacement warranty.
