Made of 18/8 stainless steel, this square double wall bowl acts as an insulator to help maintain temperatures during service. In cold applications, it helps reduce condensation and sweating that can result in unsightly serving areas and marred linens. The square double wall bowl measures 6" x 6" x 4" (L x W x H) and has a capacity of 1 1/4 quarts. The inside corners make serving and cleaning simple by not allowing food get stuck as it would in a square-cornered vessel. The square double wall bowl is dishwasher safe and is NSF listed for proper sanitation.
