This 3 1/2 quart sauce pan is made from a unique Japanese steel, which includes Copper (conducts evenly), Titanium (heats quickly), higher than standard percentage of Chromium (extra corrosion-resistance) and is neckel free. Featuring a rolled edge for dripless pouring and an ergonomic, riveted handle/helper handle for safe lifting. The sauce pan also has a brushed and polished stainless steel body with an encapsulated aluminum disk that is impact bonded, making it perfect for magnetic induction. The tempered glass lid is shatter-resistant and oven safe up to 425°F.
