This Carter Hoffman Full-Size Insulated Cabinet is built for the daily rigors of transporting hot foods. Measuring 30 5/8"L x 36"W x 71"H, this cabinet is ideal for bulk food holding, transport, or backup for busy buffet lines. It is constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel, with a 20 gauge polished exterior and 24 gauge interior. Inside, an insulated bottom mount forced-air heat system provides proper heating as needed, while a removable blower heat system with fast heat-up and recovery ensures items are not under- or over-heated. 16 gauge universal slides can hold pans at 3 1/2" spacing and are adjustable in 1 3/4" increments. This cabinet also features a double welded stainless steel door with heavy-duty vinyl wrap-around bumper to protect the exterior finish. It also includes polyurethane tread 5" swivel casters for convenient mobility.
