Easy to clean Miramar Contemporary pans are recommended, item 97772 (sold separately). This cold food bar tile is constructed with a tough melamine material that is chip and fade resistant, making is perfect for the tough demands of commercial use.
Curveware buffet pan is made from heavyweight melamine but looks like porcelain. This full size pan has a depth of 4" to serve large quantities of food. Heavyweight buffet pan is a colorful red color to attract attention to food displayed. The subtle curves and clean lines add interest without taking away the primary focus on the food. This buffet pan is NSF certified and also dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
