Each display riser is designed with a reliable metal that is then finished in a silver powder coating. Ideally each piece should be paired with an Expressly Hubert straight sided crock to create a complete display. The display riser can be used in cold well, buffet tables, breakfast buffets or near cash registers for impulse items. Pair this item with other risers to create a larger, more full presentation as well.
Each modular pan is made with heavyweight melamine. This allows the pan to be used in cold deli cases or cold food service wells. Be sure to not use them in hot environments. Due to the slightly tapered bottom, this pan can be stacked for storage purposes.
