This steam table pan has smooth curves and a bright finish to present your food beautifully. The hotel pan features easy pour corners and a traditional body size that makes Super pan® V pans compatible with all your Super Pan II® pans, covers and accessories. The 1/8 size pan provides approximately 40% more capacity than 1/9 size pan, reducing the amount of empty pans and the time it takes to refill them. The stainless steel pan's newly designed pour corners are up to 300% stronger and will resist dents or dings in the toughest kitchen environments. Plus, the stacking lugs prevent jamming for convenient storage.
