This Vulcan restaurant gas griddle is 48" x 27" x 16" (W x D x H) and has a low-profile, fully welded, stainless steel and aluminized steel body frame. The cooker has a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate welded to a 3 1/4" stainless steel back, tapered side splashes and a stainless steel grease trough. This Vulcan restaurant gas griddle has 12 1/2" cooking height on 4" legs. The cooker has one 25,000 BTU/hr "U" shaped aluminized steel burner for every 12" of griddle width. This Vulcan restaurant gas griddle has a snap action thermostat that adjusts from 200° to 450°F offering precision control.
